Fitzgerald "Fritz" A. Médiné is a formally educated engineer with degrees in Computer Science and Religion and was recognized as a 2024 BEYA Leader in Technology. He spent more than 22 years honing his craft, progressing from college programming to becoming a lead engineer. Throughout his career, he earned well into six figures annually through high-level contracts, with peak years exceeding $600,000. Like Joseph, every experience—every setback, every lesson, every chapter—served as preparation for his purpose. What others saw as periods, God used as commas. His philosophy is simple: "Don't put a period where God put a comma."

Today, Fritz leads FAMtastic Designs, an Agentic AI Solutions Studio and one expression of a larger ecosystem built on the FAMtastic definition. From entrepreneurs just starting out to enterprises seeking execution at scale, he designs intelligent business systems, automations, and AI-powered solutions guided by a clear methodology: design the process, engineer the intelligence, and build the experience.
