Travis "Chef T" Turner is a chef, entrepreneur, competitive bodybuilder, and transformation coach whose life has been defined by discipline. Once a 350-pound teenager and avid gamer, Travis lost more than 140 pounds by committing to one small goal at a time—starting with running to the next mailbox each day.
